Authentic Appreciation

This week’s recipients: Jocelyn Szobota, Diana Ricarte, Liam Thunder, Roy Belda, Oliver Jackson, Olukayode Babalola, and Alfredo Lainez

I would like to send an authentic appreciation to Jocelyn and Diana from Mississauga: I would like to give a special thanks to Jocelyn and Diana for taking time out of their busy schedules to take me to and from work for me while I was in Mississauga last week. They were always checking up on me to see if I ever needed anything. Thank you for your kindness!!

I’d like to nominate Liam, our dedicated Shipper, for doing an amazing job catching an error on the paper work for a time sensitive shipment. Since he caught the error, we were able to correct the forms immediately and stuck with ground shipping rather than the exponentially more expensive air option. He’s always quick to help and does it all with a smile.

I’d also like to nominate Roy who keeps fixing building deficiencies before they’re even spotted by the general SanMar Canada population and this keeps everyone safe. His building and repair skills far surpass all expectations so it’s nice knowing there’s someone onboard who can fix something immediately before it becomes an issue.

I would like to nominate Oliver Jackson for volunteering to try out the new swing checker position I created for the Replenishment area. He showed a strong positive attitude in learning and executing it, as well as gave me good feedback regarding the position. At first the job was a little overwhelming, but he showed persistence in making sure he did a great job. Thank You Oliver.

I would also like to nominate Olukayode Babalola (Light) for doing a fantastic job in his training to learn all the aspects of replenishment. He stepped up when his trainer Benny left for the day to make sure all the orders that needed replenishment were replenished within a reasonable time. Especially on his first day without his trainer. Thank You Light.

I would like to nominate Alfredo Lainez for stepping in to help Oliver relieve some of the replenishment orders. This helped Oliver get the orders checked within a reasonable time, which allowed for the shipments to get invoiced and loaded onto the trailer. Without his help, Oliver would have felt very overwhelmed with the remaining work load. Thank You Alfredo.
