No matter what the request is Jackson will always go out of his way to help us out in customer service. I can call him or email him and his response is remarkable, fast quick and efficient. He always laughs and says the customer is on hold and you need Air cost right away (guilty as I am – yes). Our beautiful receptionist Joti

Joti truly goes above and beyond when it comes to serving customer at the front desk. Last few days I have been noticing her, even if her shift hasn’t started and there is a customer here for a pickup she will still go and help them out. The team upfront is truly amazing, she has been training, lifting those boxes running to the back to get the orders and greeting the customers with her beautiful smile. Customers joke around with her and I can hear her laughter as I walk by her desk. Thanks Joti for all that you do and always helping us when we need something done right away.

Ana Leiva

It truly amazes me to see Ana with her big smile every day and no matter what the occasion is she is always setting everything up. Getting the warehouse involved with anniversaries, birthdays or shower parties. , She comes in and sets up everything in the mornings too, always smiling, saying hello to all and just having fun while working. Her positive vibes are just remarkable – we love you. BOSS that’s our inside joke J I have heard many of her coworkers saying lovely things about her and says it takes a lot of leader ship to set up these things.

I would like to nominate Bill as he is AWESOME with customers and co-workers! I was working on an issue with him and a customer and he went out of his way to go the extra mile. The customer loves working with Bill and said he is the bench mark for what a sales rep should be! He is always friendly, nice, accessible and always follows-up. Bill, it is always a pleasure to work with you! AND, I am not the only one who thinks that! J
