Last year we had so many NEW faces in customer service and to watch Serena train them and do her everyday job was just amazing. Tammy for taking the number of phones calls that she did and does not sure how she does but she is in that Q being the phone Queen. Derek – well I just call him a machine for the number of orders and phone calls he does on a regular basis – belows my mind everyday!!! Mila for her engery!! She is so positive and just full of engery for our department. Overall I like to say ALL of customser service for the way we pull together when we are down in bodies and everyone pulls together to make things happen. Sometimes we don’t say it, but when one person is missing we are all missing them. This department can only be run as a TEAM and truly shows how the east and the west does this. Thanks for being a GREAT team 🙂 Front line Elsa, Michelle and Nick for the way they help all the customers that walk in and sometimes even in the showroom.
