We’re taking a trip to Mississauga for our latest Authentic Appreciation, with Anasuya Ramkaran nominating two of her colleagues on the back of top-class customer service.
Congratulations to both Jennifer Lashley and Mary Nkansah, whose commitment and teamwork in the warehouse make sure customers go home happy with their purchase.
Here’s what Anasuya had to say about Jennifer:
“A customer was in distress, trying to find a t-shirt to match an old shirt for his customer, and he wasn’t able to do it online. I took the shirt from the customer, to the back, and Jennifer walked over to the location and found our ATC1000 and ATC3600, with colours that came very close. The customer came back a few days later and was very happy that we were able to help him with the samples.”
Jennifer isn’t the only one in Mississauga up for some appreciation this morning, so is Mary Nkansah, and Anasuya wanted to share a few words:
“Mary is very valuable and always goes above and beyond to help us out when our customers need something. I just want to say thank you for always doing your best and always being there for us.”
