Authentic Appreciation

Desroy Frazer is the latest SanMar Canada team member to be nominated for an Authentic Appreciation, and it comes at the same time as a very important milestone for him.

As well as sending our congratulations on his Authentic Appreciation, we’re doubling up on our congrats because April 30^th was Desroy’s 10^th anniversary at the company.

 

Sending us your kind words about your colleagues is the perfect way to celebrate them, and Desroy’s name was put forward by Vanessa Olejarczyk:

“Desroy has helped me immensely when it comes to investigating short shipment credits. He helped keep everything extremely clean and organized, making my job the past few months a lot easier. Thank you.”

 

Danielle Christie, Assistant Warehouse Manager in Mississauga, explained the importance of kindness in the workplace and how the smallest things can make the biggest difference to someone’s day:

“During our general warehouse meeting, I spoke about continuing to promote a positive, welcoming and helpful workplace that everyone felt good coming to. With all the changes going on, we encourage everyone to lend a hand, be kind and challenge themselves to make someone else’s day a little better.”
