We are thrilled to recognize Steve Rhodes – Human Resources Assistant!

I wanted to Authentically Appreciate Steve Rhodes because he’s an amazing team mate! More specifically, I notice Steve take initiative to go above and beyond his responsibilities quite often.

Last week, Steve came into the office well ahead of his scheduled start time to cool off and change after his bike ride into work. As he walked passed reception, Elsa told him about a possible leak in the women’s washroom – like clockwork, Steve sprang into action, dropped off his bike and bag, grabbed a mop and started addressing the problem. It’s really inspiring to see that type of leadership and work pride in my colleagues.
