Get to know the Euro Spun Tees which features include Combed Cotton, Ring Spun Cotton, and 30 Singles!!
- Combed Cotton: “Combed” is a finishing process used on cotton yarn to remove short fibers and straighten or arrange longer fibers in parallel order which results in a smoother yarn used in finer garments. The combing process polishes the yarn before the fabric weaving process, offering high quality yarns with excellent strength, fineness and uniformity.
- Ring Spun Cotton: This is a special yarn construction made by continuously twisting the cotton fibers. The result is a stronger yarn with a significantly softer hand feel than most common cotton yarns.
- Singles: This is a reference to thread weight or number of single twists of cotton yarn used in soft jersey fabric construction. For example, 30 singles indicates a high thread weight, using a finer thread and tighter weave for softer, finer feel.
