I would like to Authentically Appreciate Jocelyn Szobota. Jocelyn has been such an enormous help when it comes to the preparations for the Holiday Luncheon this week! Anything I need (or may think I need and just haven’t thought of it yet) Jocelyn has been right there to lend a helping hand. Knowing I have her to lean on with the luncheon date slowly approaching is incredibly comforting and appreciated. Jocelyn’s commitment and dedication to SMC is evident and I just want to say THANK YOU!

I would like to thank Gunjan Gambhir, Jenna Freschi and Sylvette Rahn for their help on the preparation of the Holiday Luncheon. They are always there to lend a hand on their busy schedule. THANK YOU guys for being incredibly helpful and cooperative. Also, I would like to thank Faye Liao, for helping us shipping all the holiday cards to the employees in all locations. THANK YOU, Faye, for being our back and make things easier for us with your big smile.

I would love to nominate Himika Rahman for an Authentic AppreciationJ She is doing an amazing job of keeping us organized and on schedule to get things done right! She is working so hard for the Holiday Luncheon to be a success and I am so proud of her for all her hard work and efforts. Himika always stays positive and brings light to any situation, and I am so glad she is a part of the Social Committee. Thank you so much, Himika!

The returns department would like to nominate Anna Predko, Inderjit, and Victoria for also helping us in the returns department during our busiest time of the year.  Their help in putting away the products back into the bins allows us to focus more on the credits, ensuring the customer gets their credits on time. The Mississauga Luncheon was a HUGE success and it was all due to the combined efforts of some wonderful staff members that I would like to authentically appreciate. David Pryce, Vlad Gruia, Brandon Tersigni, Joshua Pollard, Robert Swaggers and Alfredo Lainez helped offload and set up all the tables and chairs, and even helped the caterers with their equipment and setup. Diana Ricaurte helped with the setting of all of the tables and then Dennis Reyes, and Arje Baltizar helped me clean and take down all of the equipment. Alfredo Lainez did an incredible job at being the photographer – he took amazing photos and I cannot wait to see them! The individuals I mentioned jumped in without hesitation and I truly wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. I know I said “thank you!” a million times before, during and after the event however, I really cannot thank them enough.

I would like to nominate Shane Morgan for an Authentic Appreciation. He always is patient when we come begging for help with our computers. He never makes us feel dumb for not knowing how they work and is fast on repairs. He is a wonderful Co-worker!

I would just like to take the time to thank both Nancy and Graeme for helping out their co-worker(me!!!) during my recent injury,  they have both gone above and beyond in ensuring that I am looked after and that all my needs are met in a timely manner and smiling all the while.  Being in a wheel chair and in pain is enough of an aggravation and embarrassment but them taking the time to wheel me to where I need to go through the day is greatly appreciated. To my co-worker, and team leader I thank-you both so very much.

I’d like to authentically appreciate the amount of time and effort Lorena and TC put in to make the Vancouver office move a smooth process for lots of people. I see dedication, leadership, planning and problem solving skills throughout the entire project and am very glad about the result! Good job Lorena & TC!

I would like to Thank Cynthia for all that she does when it comes to helping us with pricing or looking for special sales.  Anytime I need something I can just send her a quick email or just pick up the phone to get the assistant I need for our customers. One example: a while back our email blocked Chris’s email so we missed it. Chris was in a panic when I sent it to her, she went above and beyond called the customer after I left for the day and up until today Chris from Tyleen thanks us. Thanks Cynthia for being truly AWESOME!

Ana Pruim – just love the girl!! She has the most positive attitude, she comes across very relaxed however she gets answers for us promptly. Ana thank you for all that you do!!  I truly appreciate your friendship and your work ethics and when it comes to Red Kap special orders you are always on top of them. I am so happy you rejoined Sanmar!!!!

The returns department would like to nominate Christopher for authentic appreciation award for always helping us with the returns on the mezzanine level.  Each day he asks if there is anything that needs to be put away in the second level and he puts it all away for us which is greatly appreciated.
