Authentic Appreciation

Charmaine is an amazing team player. Always jumping in to lend a hand helping with faxes/emails when needed and covering emails when someone is away. She also puts the customer first! Yesterday a customer called as their air shipment had not arrived. They first called me in the morning and I was checking the status with shipping. I had not received information from shipping and the customer called back and spoke to Charmaine she immediately thought of nothing but finding out what was happening to the order, processing a replacement and phoning the customer back rather than passing the call to me.

Maria is a valuable asset to our team. She always helps where she is needed, whether it be the pickup counter or help covering e-mails. She also puts her job first. Yesterday she was dealing with a personal issue and when she arrived to work she saw an e-mail that she was only cc’d on from me to re-direct a delivery address on an order that had already shipped out and instead of letting someone else handle it, Maria jumped right in and took care of it. Thank you Maria for being awesome!
