Authentic Appreciation

This week’s Authentic Appreciations: Ayman Taan, Danny West, Mark Mazurek, Tegreary McKenzie, Colin Choww, Andrew Chisholm, Maria Espinoza, Maria Diego, Christine Morris and Diana Ricaurte.

 

We would like to appreciate the awesome shipping guys for always giving an extra hand to our pick-up customers. Especially with heavy orders; wrapping and loading skids to the truck for Entripy. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I’d like to nominate Colin Choww for the authentic appreciation award.

On Monday, April 23^rd, shortly after 5 pm, when the pick up counter had closed, a customer had shown up desperately looking to pay for their order that they needed that same night.

I contacted Colin in the credit department. Unfortunately, the customer was having issues with their payment method, but Colin kept on trying the customer’s credit card and after over 45 minutes on the phone with customer, Colin worked out an agreement with the customer on payment. The customer was able to pick up their goods and left happy.

Colin stuck with the customer and made sure all was well.

I would like to nominate the following teammates from the Mississauga office for helping in the warehouse on Tuesday, April 24^th, 2018.

It was a very busy day for us and we received so much needed (and appreciated) help from our family members at the front.

A big thank you to Maria Espinoza, Maria Diego, Christine Morris and Diana Ricaurte for all helping to pick orders, which in turn helped us get through a busy day.
