Authentic Appreciation

This AUTHENTIC APPRECIATION is one that is way late due.  I want to give my most heartfelt appreciation and thank you to Roy.  He is ALWAYS willing to help and does so with a smile EVERY time.  His positive and energetic personality is something that is felt by everyone at our Vancouver location.  Weather its helping me with showroom tasks or fixing a steamer, he is always there and absolutely surprises me every time because he is always able to fix whatever it is.  Thank you Roy for being such a great co-worker.  Your help and work does not go unnoticed. I truly do appreciate all your effort =)

We would like to recognize Cynthia Wong as the newest member of the pricing team. She has exhibited strong analytical skills and ensures that all sales team members are sending the complete and proper information when quoting to evaluate and execute with success. In addition, the quotes are timely, accurate and as a sales team have seen quotes come in early a.m., late at night and even on weekends if needed. We sincerely appreciate the quick responses, occasional sense of humor when certain criteria is not included and most important the ability to service our customers efficiently. I’d like to nominate Hare G for an authentic appreciation award.  Hare takes it upon himself to stock up the boxes on our new shelves on a daily basis which saves the checkers and processors the trouble of having to do it themselves.  Each day, when he is free, he stocks and organizes the boxes making sure each station had enough and all the different size boxes.
