First Aid Team

The First Aid Team is made up of SanMar Canada Employees who have met the provincial requirements for providing immediate and potentially lifesaving, medical care before either the arrival of paramedics or being taken to a medical facility.

 

Procedure in the case of an injury:

1. If the Person has fallen or hit their head, DO NOT MOVE THEM. Immediately contact a manager or reception who will contact the first aid attendant on duty.
2. If the Person has a severe injury that makes them immobile, immediately contact a manager or reception who will contact the first aid attendant on duty. That attendant will come to you.
3. If the Person has a slight injury, but is able to move, contact a manager or reception who will contact the first aid attendant on duty. They will meet you at the first aid room/station.
