Authentic Appreciation

This nomination is well overdue but I would like to nominate Danielle Christie for all the months of help and guidance she gave me on Web Chat. She helped me in more instances that I can count and she is a customer favourite on Web Chat for good reason. I always read her chat transcripts to see how she handled different situations and customers were, and continue to be, obviously very very satisfied with her assistance and genuine positive attitude. Going forward, she’s proven herself to be a customer service all-star by helping more customers than ever and keeps excelling with her usual tasks at the same time.

I would like to authentically nominate Ian. He is my go-to guy in Mississauga. No matter the issue, Ian takes care of it, or directs me to another who can. He is very punctual and always follows up which saves me time and stress. He goes above and beyond and I truly appreciate it.

I would like to send an Authentic Appreciation to Amanda Thompson. She is my sounding board for all things. She is always ready with a helping hand when I need it and she goes above and beyond and makes my life easier. I really could not do my job the same without her. Thank you for all you do.
