Authentic Appreciation: This week’s recipient’s: Jacqueline Kho, Shanice, Dharma, Lee & Kari Surette

Jacqueline is one of the most organized and helpful people I have worked with at SanMar Canada. She is constantly going the extra mile on projects to make sure they are a success. Her work in planning the outside sales rep (OSR) meeting and events here in Redmond last month helped it to run smoothly down to every last detail. She never hesitates to help me with any question I have and she really helped me this last year when I first started here,

I would like to nominate these 3 machine operators for an authentic appreciation award.  Because of a shortage or drivers, these 3 drivers have really stepped up to get all the tags and hi bay orders done.  They were a key in getting everything out despite being down 2 drivers.

The Pricing Team (and almost the entire OPS Team in Calgary J) presented Kari Surette (Calgary Showroom and Customer Service representative) with our employee of the month award for the amazing customer service work she does for SanMar Canada in the Calgary location. Kari has been with the company for nearly 6 years, and we are very fortunate to have such dedication and commitment when it comes to her service and attitude when working with customers and co-workers.

We presented Kari with a certificate of excellence, a personalized card, and an industrial “real wood” rustic calendar that has metal sliders which you can move to highlight the day of the week, month, and date. The idea behind this gift was that when she moves the markers each day to the correct date, she will always remember this day.

Thank you Kari for all that you do…you are huge part of the success and an important part of the team.
