Authentic Appreciation

What is it?

Authentic Appreciation is a tangible way to show a fellow co-worker how much you appreciated the way they go above and beyond for you, a customer or a co-worker. When you nominate someone for the extra special effort they made, we will reward them with a CH/ATC Virtual Gift Card, so they can pick out something to remind them that you noticed.

Why is it important?

Appreciation is the way we say thank you. It’s a way to show that we acknowledge the extra hard-work or the above and beyond service we witnessed. When people feel appreciated, they are happier. And a happy work environment is a great work environment.

What can you nominate someone for?

Nominate anyone for demonstrating the values that we collectively stand for.

• Did your team-mate go above and beyond the call of their normal tasks?
• Did a co-worker make your day, your week or your year?
• Did you witness someone exhibiting excellence or integrity in service or teamwork?
