I would like to nominate Viti & Derek for Authentic Appreciation as they dove in and assisted with a large Quality Control inspection. The QC team needed some additional hands to sort through some product and Viti & Derek were keen to help and we couldn’t have done it without their assistance. They both pitched in and helped as much as possible over a few days and even worked some additional hours to help get the job done.

You can find Maria cleaning the coffee urns or sweeping the lunchroom floors, always on her own time. Hello to all
Yesterday Jasdeep Dosangh went above and beyond to help out not only Sanmar but one of our very good customer’s Big Kahuna. The courier company had lost one of their packages and they were printing an order for their customer that need to be done last night. As it was late in the day the issue had come to light it was too late in the day for a courier to get it there for end of day. I took a chance to see if someone who lived in the direction of Surrey could help out our very desperate customer and Jasdeep stepped up the plate and delivered the product for our customer even though it was out of his way.
The customer was very appreciative and wanted me to thank Jasdeep, and I want to thank him for showing what a great team player he is and that this one task made our Company Sanmar show how much we care about our customer and the service we give them.
