Not sure if you can forward my comments to a manager but I want you to know that yesterday we were informed by one of your competitors that they were not willing to do this same process with us as it was too many people involved, and was too much trouble for them.
We have gone thru a tough year here and are gaining ground and you really find out which companies value your business and which ones could take or leave you.
I applaud and thank you and SanMar for valuing us and working to find solutions.
