Some of you may have noticed that our Download Specs button has been changed to Product Details. If you still see the old button, you will need to clear your cache and refresh your browser.
Why did we change it? – Through our online Chat Feature, it was brought to our attention that customers did not realize that this button contained all the details of the product they were looking at. In order to make our website as user friendly as possible, we have changed the name of this button.
Will customers see the updated button? – It may take some time for every customer to see the update as they will also have to clear their cache. For the next while, please be aware when talking to customers, that this button may show either way on their screen.
The Product Features Button is a great tool for you and your customers. It contains printing locations and sizes for our bags, pantone colours for all our products, extra fabric details and features not in the catalogue as well as printing instructions. If you have never seen these before, take a moment to check out the Product Features pages for your favourite products.
