This week’s recipients :  Vanessa Olejarczyk,  Rosa Del Prado, Denise Danicek, Elsa Frechette , Kasey Lavoie and Helene Lazure

I’d like to acknowledge Vanessa Olejarczyk and Rosa Del Prado from the Mississauga returns department. Both Vanessa and Rosa are dedicated team members who are always a joy to interact with. No matter how busy they are, they have a smile to share and a kind word to say. Their positive attitudes are infectious, both laughing often and when I see them in the mornings my day starts with a good laugh. In my mind, Vanessa and Rosa’s personalities and work ethic are perfect examples of SanMar Canada’s value of Teamwork. Thank you ladies – you’re a joy to work with!

Just wanted to share that Stephane from ASD Promotions called me this morning to let me know how wonderful our Customer Service is. Especially Kasey and Helene! He made an error earlier in the week and was quite impressed at how quickly and happily that Kasey fixed it for him. He said the rest of the company is also great and we were talked about in their ASD group meeting yesterday about how good our company and service is J.

Always good to hear the good things not just the bad, which is why he made a point to call and let us know!

I shared his feedback with Kasey as well J.

I would like to nominate Elsa Frechette for an Authentic Appreciation. Two weeks ago I had to drop everything and leave to be with my sick daughter in the hospital for a week and Elsa being the amazing woman she is, took care of everything in my absence and she does it with a smile. I can’t tell you enough how thankful I am to have Elsa as a part of our team.
