Team Building: Marshmallow Challenge

Once a month, the entire Mississauga warehouse takes a short break from picking and shipping orders to break into small teams and take on a challenge that is put in front of them by the Supervisors. This month, Brian led the team in a Marshmallow Challenge.

What’s a Marshmallow Challenge you ask?

In small groups, teams were challenged to build the tallest structure possible using only the following items:

1. 20 pieces of spaghetti
2. 1 yard of tape
3. 1 yard of string
4. 1 marshmallow

 

The team that built the tallest structure, in the amount of time given with the marshmallow at the top won!
