We would like to recognize Nick Admin and Joti Singh

Good morning,

I would like to put in an employee accommodation for Nick Admin and Joti Singh. In February I slipped and fell on the pavement and broke both of my thumbs and required surgery to repair them. My doctor told me I would need to take off 6 to 8 weeks to recover because of all the limitations I would have with both thumbs being broken. Because of Joti and Nick’s help I was able to come back after a week of my surgery. They did all the heavy lifting of the boxes because I was not able to, helped me open my food and water bottles, switched shifts with me when I had my hand therapy and doctor appointments and countless other things. I never had to ask them for help they always came to my rescue when they saw me having trouble doing something. My surgeon and hand therapist were surprised at how fast and how much improvement my hands were having every time I saw them and the only reason was because coming back to work allowed me to do other exercises with my hands that I would not have done sitting at home. If it wasn’t for all of their help and knowing that I could count on their help my recovery would have taken a lot longer to heal. They are always pleasant laughing and smiling I look forward to coming to work every morning to see them and that is how you should feel about your co-workers.
