I want to send an Authentic Appreciation to Steve Rhodes.

I was having some difficulties/confusion with our drug plan administrator. Steve jumped in made the calls and clarified the whole situation. This has taken some stress out of my life and I really appreciate Steve in helping at the right time. Thank-You Steve for taking the time out and clarifying and then working out a solution to my satisfaction.

I’m pretty sure most of us don’t take the time to thank you for all work you do behind the scenes and prompt answers to all the pricing inquiries you get from everyone.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU for everything you do at your end. I know you get a lot of different requests from everyone at your end, but find you guys have been prompt with your replies/answers back generally, sometimes even within 30 minutes which is impressive.
