We would like to recognize Vanessa Beaulieu and Elaine D’Souza

I would like to take a minute to send Kudos out to Vanessa Beaulieu on behalf of the credit team. Last week was a tricky week for us with Andre on Vacation, Dominique coming down with bronchitis and myself having to be away unexpectedly. The credit department came together in true credit fashion and performed exceptionally well, however we had no one here to communicate with our French customers. Vanessa volunteered to help translate a couple of conversations that may have been challenging for her as she works for the pricing team and does not know all our credit procedures. She helped out immensely allowing us to ensure our customers’ orders shipped on time and allowed us to speak with some customers en Français as they were unable to communicate in English. It is the kind of teamwork that we should all be proud of. Vanessa took the initiative to challenge herself and support other members of her team which is beyond commendable. Thank you so much Vanessa, we were so glad to have you here for us!

A little appreciation for Elaine my back up buddy.

It’s nice to go away on a nice vacation for 3 weeks and come back to nothing pending in your inbox. Truly thankful for my partner Elaine who went out of her way to make sure all orders, emails were taken care of. It’s not always easy watching other people’s emails and customers get used to a certain way of dealing with all of us. Truly the customer service was great, customers are pretty happy and appreciate how we work as a team to get things done here.
