I got a call from Will Melnyk the President of Uniform Works Ltd ; An account that is starting to grow more with us. Will told me that had made a call to Rupy yesterday, was so Very pleased with her quality of service!! He had to call me – his words “Because of her pleasant personality and helpfulness, that he will continue to do business with SanMar for the rest of his career”.
I do hear on a regular basis that Rupy is Great and I couldn’t agree more!

Simply to let you know about the service from Sylvain Jette 2 weeks ago.
We won a bid on 410 Ogio Laptop bags ($17000.00)
By the time we got the confirmation from the client we had won the bid, the number of available black OGIO laptop bags had gone down.
At 22h on a week night we found out that there was only 288 bags in Toronto, 122 in Vancouver and 4 in Calgary 414 total and we needed 410.
So we immediately called Sylvain Jette at 22h30 at night on his cell to have him stop all orders on this item. Well to our surprise (we would of left him a voice mail) he answered as happy as usual and asked what he could do for us. We explained the issue and he reassured us and called the next morning to freeze the item for us on the presentation of our client promise to take the 410 Ogio bags. Then we needed $17000.00 to get all those bags out and shipped to us, again Sylvain called André Gour to make an arrangement so with les $$$ we would be able to get the Bags. Of course it worked so we got all 410 bags las week, we stitched them over the weekend and we delivered them on Monday at 6pm to our client who was checking all the boxes because he could not believe we got his order in and stitched so quickly.
We are now again working on opening an account with SanMar with good terms and a good limit to ease this process since we are getting bigger orders as we go.
Thanks to Sylvain and his excellent service, we got this contract done!

Each month the Pricing team goes through an election process during one of our meetings and elects an employee of the month (each of us pick an employee) and then we narrow down to 1 person who we truly feel deserves recognition for their hard work, and who embodies the Values of the company – Service, Excellence, Integrity, and Teamwork.
The entire Pricing Team just conference called Kasey Lavoie and thanked her for her hard work and dedication to the company and we look forward to working with her in the future.
