Just wanted to send a note of appreciation for my two fine men, Dave Cranston and Bill Cullen. They are truly AWESOME!!! To be honest the whole team out on the road is great, these two are the ones I work closely with. They check in (who does that)??? Not only do I love these guys our customers also speak highly of them. I can call them or email them anytime these two will make sure my request are filled and our customers are looked after. It can be simply by dropping off catalogues, sending out samples or dealing with a situation that might be out of my control. Mind you I don’t like to give them crazy situations cause 99% of the time I can handle it. Truly positive, outgoing and fun guys and they know they are stuck with me too J. I love how they CC me on quotes and keep me in the loop of things. Thought I share this with yourself I know you like these emails.

I would like to authentically appreciate Walter from our Vancouver warehouse. On several occasions he helps me out , but this is the second day in a row he went above and beyond. Yesterday, someone scared me from behind, and I had a coffee in my hand. Needless to say it went everywhere. Walter had not started work yet, and he bolted out of his chair and said “I know where to find a mop” and moped it up for me, without hesitation! This morning I was busy, and left my coffee in the lunch room, not even realizing I left it, and yup, he brought it to my desk!
When stocking the vending machine he is the one who takes the boxes away when I am done, and every morning he starts the coffee for us so it is ready when we come in. I am sure everyone is already aware of how remarkable he really is underneath all his sarcastic remarks, but I just wanted to say “THANK YOU” for everything he did for us this year!

I would like to recognize Charlotte for her work on programs at SanMar Canada. Her experience, professionalism, and hard word has made this position a very important part of the pricing department and has really helped stabilize programs at SanMar Canada. Her constant contact and conversations have made it easier for the entire sales team to concentrate on selling. Additionally, it has enabled all sales confidence to have additional customer conversations and capture several incremental programs that should elevate sales across the country. Thanks for the work here.
