I would like to take the time to nominate Denise Danicek for an appreciation award. This is really for over the past year, she has been a wonderful supportive team player. Any time I have questions or issues that need her assistance she is always quick to reply, excellent at explaining things and reasons why and how procedures work. Most recently she step up the plate and helped out by actually calling a customer who was having issues filling out paperwork to send product across the border, which really is above and beyond her job and she did it with a smile. I was grateful as this customer is not always the easiest to deal with.
Thank you Denise for making my job that much easier and look forward to a fantastic 2016 with you!
