Are daytime naps good for our brains?

Sorry boss! The scientists have spoken!

Turns out daytime naps could be good for our brains. So, when are we getting that nap room in the office??

Joking aside, habitual napping was linked with larger total brain volume, which is associated with a lower risk of dementia and other diseases, according to researchers from University College London (UCL) and the University of the Republic of Uruguay.

While napping mid work day isn’t the reality we all live in, it is a good reminder to take rest and sleep seriously.
