“I received a call from Derek, a customer, who had been in our showroom last week. He brought to my attention that he met a new gentleman (Jorge) in the showroom who impressed him very much. Derek has been in our showroom many times but when he was ready to leave, he was handed product spec sheets on all the goods that he looked at: This was a first for Derek and said he looks forward to going back again soon.
Our website states that the showroom opens at 9am but on the door, it states that the showroom opens at 10 AM. Derek said that he arrived at 9:30 am and Jorge was happy to welcome him in.
This is such great customer service. We are fortunate to have Jorge handling our showroom in Vancouver.
Way to make us all look good, Jorge!!
