
RWAM – is upgrading!
As RWAM continues to invest in our many product and service offerings, we have scheduled a system outage to implement a major upgrade.
The outage period will run Friday, April 7th through Monday, April 10th. During this outage, all RWAM systems will be unavailable to Plan Members, Health, Dental and Vision Practitioners, Employers, Advisors and RWAM Employees. Plan Members will be able to use their RWAM OneCard at the Pharmacy to fill a prescription during the outage, however plan members will be unable to submit claims electronically or update personal information online or with a RWAM representative. STD and LTD claim payments will NOT be impacted. Service will resume on Tuesday, April 11th.
