Chad MacLeod says goodbye to SanMar Canada after 31 years.

A somber post today as Pricing Manager Chad MacLeod is moving on from SanMar Canada. Here is a note from Chad:

To my SanMar Canada family-

March 25th, 2023 marks my last day at SanMar Canada. 11,335 days (31 years and 13 days). It is almost incomprehensible to digest just how much has changed both at the company… and in my life…not to mention how our world has changed since 1992.

For those of you that do not know me personally….I won’t bore you with all the details but want you to know one thing that could be the most important thing to know. I was truly blessed to have walked in the door over 31 years ago. Like most of us, life has been a roller coaster but SanMar Canada was always there for me. I went through some extremely challenging times yet the company was always there to support me and give me stability and direction.

As I exit, I am a little heavy hearted…. But what a ride! I am so lucky to have met so many amazing people and learned so much about life and the promotional Industry as a whole.

Steve, Stacey, and Kristal: Thank you all for putting your trust in me and giving me the opportunities to learn and grow in different areas of the company.

~Kristal, thank you for being there for me personally. The life advice and support were always appreciated more than I can express. I won’t forget our many, many, many chats. 🙂

~Cynthia: It would be an understatement to say that you have been incredible to work with over the last 5 years. Not only are you an extremely hard worker and ambassador within the Pricing department, but also one of the nicest people. I am glad you took the job 🙂

For those of you who I won’t see or speak with after my last day…I wish you the very best in your futures. It is really about the journey, not the destination.  God bless you all.

Sincerely,

Chad McLeod

And to follow, a note from President Kristal Albertson:

“To say you will be missed, Chad, is a massive understatement. You are truly part of who we are.  You are truly part of our family. We are so lucky to have had you on our team for so long!
On a personal note, thank you for the years of support, encouragement and friendship. I know this is not goodbye – this is a big hug and high five in excitement for your next chapter.”

Farewell Chad!
