Good morning!
Fall is right around the corner. Almost time to trade in your summer sandals for comfy boots and your iced coffees for pumpkin spice lattes (or not!).
This time of year is always good for catching up on your reading list or checking out some great new stories from your local book store or library (reminder: library cards are free!)
Here are some new books coming out this fall that are getting some great reviews:
The Marriage Portrait by Maggie O’Farrell
- Explore the life and mysterious death of Lucrezia de’Medici, a young woman married off to a Duke at the age of 15. A piece of historical fiction from a O’Farrell, who won the 2020 Women’s Prize for Fiction with her book Hamnet.
Stay True by Hua Hsu
- A gripping memoir on friendship, grief, the search for self, and the solace that can be found through art. Hua Hsu is a staff writer from The New Yorker.
What books are you awaiting this fall? Can you make any reading recommendations?
