Authentic Appreciation – Charlotte Spearman

Our latest teammate to receive an Authentic Appreciation for the stellar work that they do is Charlotte Spearman, who was nominated by Monique Ryvers.

Charlotte, who is our part of our Vendor Relations Team, was sent a glowing review from a customer for the time she spent on the phone, sorting issues, on her day off.

Here’s what Cynthia from Cyncor sent us:

 

“I just need to send a huge thank you for Charlotte. She is an immeasurable asset that I rely on.  It would have been just as easy to call S&S or Alpha Broder about the Gildan t-shirt issue, BUT you know Cyncor is ruthlessly loyal to SanMar, so I called Charlotte on her day off.”

“42 minutes and 43 seconds, plus the first call I made of 12 minutes and 11 seconds, on the phone, helping me, on her day off.”

“That’s an hour that she didn’t have to do. That she doesn’t get paid for. That she did ONLY because of her loyalty to SanMar and love for her customers. I feel bad but sometimes you are the only one that can help me. Thank you immensely for your consistent help and support.”
