Authentic Appreciation – Lyle Secret & Rabia Batool

We’re starting the week with an Authentic Appreciation for not one, but two of our team in Vancouver.

Over the last while, the guys have been sharing info and Darren says Lyle has “been terrific even though the news isn’t always great. It really helps me keep my team prepared and our customers informed.”

Today’s second teammate to be appreciated and thanked is Rabia Batool who is our Freight Coordinator in the Credit Department, and she was nominated for an Authentic Appreciation by Rupy Aujla.

“I wanted to reach out with an appreciation note for our loving friend Rabia. It hasn’t been easy the last little while with missing packages and delayed orders, but Rabia has been fantastic. She responds to her emails right away which makes it easier for all of us to help our customers.”

“Thank you Rabia for all that you do. We don’t always say it out loud, but we truly appreciate all the help and your great attitude.”
