Authentic Appreciation

An Authentic Appreciation is the perfect way to celebrate a colleague who made your workday easier.

Think of someone that you work with whose professionalism and reliability knows no bounds, or someone who is always there to lend a helping hand and are great at what they do themselves.

Our latest AA goes to Himika Rahman, who was nominated by Charlotte Spearman, and had this to say:

 

“A client ordered over 125 boxes of good from us. The order was placed and processed before the delivery went off the rails. One of the issues was that the client refused some of the boxes – I am sure he was overwhelmed with the amount of stock.”

“With all her patience, Himika jumped on this, tracked down all the units and updated our customer with information on his order daily.”

“Himika, thank you for keeping us informed, as well as the client. I appreciate all the effort that you put into this project and all you do to keep our customer informed and happy. A huge thank you.”
