When working hard on a project, technical difficulties can slow you down or bring your efforts to a complete standstill, and we all know how frustrating that can be.
There’s no need to panic though, because we’re lucky to have a fantastic IT Department at SanMar Canada, that are always ready to help sort out any issues.

Please be reminded that emergency issues include the system being down, security issues or threats, loss of access, etc.
If your tech issue is for custom applications, you’re best-off working with the same IT member that resolved it in the past, otherwise please be prepared to answer additional questions to help properly assess the issue before support can be rendered or escalated.
