It’s the first day of a new month, which means it’s time for our Action for Happiness calendar.
Take some time to pause this Mindful March – breathe, look within and take in what’s around you.
Learning to be more mindful can-do wonders for our well-being, helping us get in tune with our feelings.
It also stops us dwelling on the past or worrying about the future, so we get more out of the day-to-day.
Being more mindful can help us identify what we’re grateful for, which helps boost happiness levels.
