New Year, New Me – Resolution Ideas

We’re now five days into 2022, and some people are considering a number of resolution ideas, while others have already had enough of the “New Year, New Me” concept.

Resolutions don’t always have to be activity-based, nor do they have to be the classics like “I’m going to drink less” or “I think it’s time to give up smoking.”

Obviously, those type of resolutions would be great if you’re committed to them, but why not keep it simple and positive this year?

Make time for yourself, better your budgeting, declutter your space, make new friends, prioritize your health, monitor your social media use, and spread kindness.

See, it doesn’t always have to be giving something up, or going to the gym first thing on New Year’s Day 2022 and not leaving until New Year’s Day 2023 – it can be the little things that make the biggest difference in your life.

Here are a few other resolution ideas that you may have never considered until now:

  • Pick up a new hobby
  • Stop procrastinating
  • Be more grateful
  • Give to your community
  • Conquer a fear
  • Spend more time with family
  • Live happily
