Customer Compliment Corner

It was once said that courteous treatment will make a customer a walking advertisement. Customers appreciate when things are done correctly and with minimal fuss. That’s what it’s all about.

We aim to provide the highest standard of customer service possible, while helping our customers build their business. Unfortunately, as with any company, there will be times when things get tough and customer’s may not be totally satisfied, but when they are, it’s important to celebrate their kind words.

Over the last few weeks, a number of customers got in touch to tell us how great they think we are:

“I’ve got to say that you rock, in the best way possible! Service from you and your company is bar none the best I have ever received, and I appreciate it every time.”

“First of all, I wanted to say that my thoughts and prayers are with all my SanMar Canada family in BC as you all deal with the floods that are riddling your area. We are now experiencing the same storm. Not so bad here in our town but where my wife is from, they have been hammered with flooding and road washouts. Please stay safe and God Bless!”

“Best team. Best supplier. The best.”

Given everything that’s going on at the minute, one kind customer told us that we are handling everything the best we can and we all have been patient and “super kind” to deal with.

It’s great to see so many customers who are happy with the service we provide them, and it’s a team effort, so well done to the entire SanMar Canada family.
