Hello everyone!

One of the main focuses of SanMar Canada is its employees, their health and well-being.

We are always looking to see how we can make improvements to ensure we are able to not only provide a safe and healthy work environment, but also support our SanMar Canada Family in times of need.

 

In each of our locations, Vancouver/Calgary/Mississauga, we have created three Suggestion Boxes, along with forms, in order to gather specific information from our employees on how you feel we can make these improvements.

The details for each are below, and if you have a suggestion, please fill out these forms located near your suggestion boxes, or email them to the addresses below.

 

ATC Family Support

  • To support our employees as much as possible.
  • Family is at the core of everything we do and if you or another employee is in need of a helping hand, please let us know how we can help.
  • Email familysupport@sanmarcanada.com. These will go directly to Senior Management to review.

 

Safety Program

  • Safety in the workplace is of utmost importance in order for everyone to perform their duties to the best of their ability.
  • If you observe a situation that is an unsafe working condition, please let us know.
  • Email your Joint Health and Safety Committee, and these will go directly to the JHSC to review.

 

Generic Suggestions

  • Any suggestions that you feel are important to improve workplace processes.
  • How will your suggestion benefit the company? Please let us know.
  • Email: hr@sanmarcanada.com. These will go directly to Human Resources to review.

 

Where are the boxes located?

  • Vancouver: In the back hallway leading to the warehouse from the lunch room.
  • Calgary: Beside the employee time clock located in the warehouse entrance door to the showroom.
  • Mississauga: Near the current suggestion box, in the main corridor beside the lunch room.
