Authentic Appreciation – Saleem Siddiqui, Peter Li, TC Seow & Amanda Thompson

Here at SanMar Canada, we appreciate the work our team puts in day after day, week after week. We have an amazing group of teammates and it’s important to acknowledge their efforts.

We are Authentically Appreciating four of our colleagues today for their hard-work, continuous effort and the help they offer others.

The four being appreciated were nominated by Jacqueline Wu, who wants to give a shout-out to all her “amazing co-workers” who help her out all the time.

Saleem Siddiqui

“Saleem has always been my go-to teacher whenever I think there must be a more efficient way to do some of the complicated Excel reports. He has always been so patient and helpful to teach me formulas and short cuts. His ability to quickly understand what I am trying to analyze and achieve is amazing. Recently, a customer had an unusual request that was complicated and we thought we couldn’t do it unless we did it manually, which would be time consuming. Once again, Saleem offers amazing solutions within a day and he was able to fulfill this customer’s request. He is always there when I ask him to explain some EDI-related questions when it gets too technical for me. Thank you so much Saleem for always showing me the tricks and answering my weird questions.”

 

Peter Li/TC Seow

“I also want to thank Peter and TC for exporting many reports, especially when they’re already super busy at the end of each quarter. Recently, Peter was swamped with reports, but TC offered help right away to run reports for some customers. They are amazing team members who always support and help. Sometimes there isn’t too much notice and they both respond so quickly. Thank you so much again for your help.”

 

Amanda Thompson

“I also want to thank Amanda for processing a lot of donation requests for the Opportuni-tee team. We know she is always so professional and positive when she deals with general public and our customers. She also helps me to place some donation orders if I am swamped or whenever I am off. She kindly reminds me of any orders I should place for her or follow up on the many requests we get. She is just so organized and wonderful to work with and I appreciate all of her help.”
