
This weeks’ recipient: Gaylia Osbourne
I would love to authentically appreciate Gaylia for her fantastic customer service! I had a customer reach out the other day on Twitter, confused about shipping, back ordering and the inventory challenges we’re facing. Gaylia took over and reached out to him immediately, answered all his questions and swiftly got his order in. Ananth from Instant Imprints Miss East was over the moon with the quick and friendly service he received and he even wrote a public Twitter reply to us saying this: “You are the best in taking care of your customers and helping them succeed.” Thank you so much, Gaylia, for showing our customers that we are always here to help, and to let them know that our top priority is providing our customers with the tools and service to help them succeed. You are fantastic and I so appreciate your hard work!
