30 Minute Nature Challenge

Summer is Coming and the Outdoors are Calling!

Those dark winter days are getting further and further behind us and we are all ready for a little sunshine and summer, am I right??!!!

Experts say that thirty minutes of nature each week is enough to work a little bit of magic for all of us by lowering our mental fatigue, improving our mental well-being, reducing symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression, increasing our connectedness with each other, and soothing our tired minds, bodies and spirits.

Our Challenge to You…

  1. Spend 30 Min Outside in Nature at least once per week and share it with all of us!
  1. Post your “Live in Nature” Pictures and Videos to our Internal Facebook Group or Save to the Fun Folder for Jennaf@sanmarcanada.com to post for you.

Ways to Get into Nature

  • Walk a trail or park
  • Sit in a local garden and watch the bees
  • Do some gardening
  • Head to the lake for a swim
  • Go out for a picnic
  • Do some bird watching
  • Pull out a lawn chair and soak up some sun (with sunscreen of course 😉 )

We know that you love challenges and we can’t wait to see all the ways that you take to the outdoors.
