Congratulations to you on your Milestone 15^th Anniversary at SanMar Canada!  What an accomplishment!

Charles, you are absolutely cherished by everyone.  You are inspiring and admired by all who know and work with you.  Your opinion and input on situations, company strategies, or hard to make decisions extends way outside the borders of finance and your role as CFO.

Charles, you undoubtedly master two qualities – Work Ethic and Coffee Creamer.  You will do whatever it takes to ensure the work gets done, any day of the week, any hour of the day.  You’ll even step in and help others find a more efficient way (your excel skills are like no other) and even volunteer as part of our company Opportuni-Tee Team.   Absolute dedication and commitment = Charles!  You also never fails us, ensuring we have coffee creamer – another huge detail to ensure productivity for all.  You are down to earth, approachable and a team player.  If there is someone who “drinks the Kool-Aid”, you have a pitcher with your breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night snack.  Besides being at the office 10 hours a day and 7 days a week, you’re also a master of BBQ.  You’re an amazing cook – so we miss your potluck contributions and all the company BBQ’s where you run the grill.
