Back pain is common and during self-isolation your daily routine and activities have probably changed dramatically. You are likely sitting on the sofa for longer than you’re use to, spending hours in front of your computer, or even gardening – all of which can cause increased back pain.

Incorporating a daily stretching routine will help improve your flexibility, loosen muscles and offer relief from back pain. Are YOU ready?
