Authentic Appreciation

This weeks’ recipient: Danielle Christie

I’d like to nominate Danielle Christie for authentic appreciation. On Friday, March 13th, one of the employees in Brantford came to me and said that the insurance company had made a mistake by switching the employees name with his son’s name. 

I emailed Danielle about the mix up and Danielle fixed it with BC. Danielle did this outside of her working hours, on a Friday evening. Danielle could have waited until Monday. The fact that Danielle took time out of her Friday evening do this is amazing! That shows a true dedication to her job and our employees. Thank you, Danielle!!!
