This weeks’ recipients: Alex Berdichevsky and Lyle Secret

I’d like to Authentically Appreciate Alex and Lyle for past and ongoing help with managing Mississauga inventory on a daily basis. Mississauga continues to have a lot of moving parts and they have both gone above and beyond in managing levels, planning loads, ordering rush inventory, setting delivery windows, and staying on top of constant communication with the 3PL provider ensuring loads are delivered as smoothly as possible.

Most of these responsibilities were not required a year ago, but here we are today, and they continue to take it in stride in addition to their main responsibilities. We often get caught up in the day-to-day, and it is easy to forget to offer gratitude when it is deserved.
