Authentic Appreciation

This is an authentic appreciation for Shannon Francis that’s long overdue. I just wanted to thank Shannon for all her hard work, her quick responds and her fantastic follow up when it comes to QC. We don’t make it any easy for her, sometimes in a hurry we send her incomplete requests.  Her patience and dedication is truly something to commend. THANK YOU SHANNON!!! I truly appreciate all that you do with these requests and your solutions. Thanks to your help I been able to help our customers with a solution.  Merry Christmas pretty lady!! I would like to nominate Yvonne for an authentic appreciation.  She always asks if I need help with the cycle counts in the morning.  She works diligently on the blue bin in the morning ensuring the inventory and bin locations are up to date. Thank you Yvonne: keep up the good work.

I would like to nominate Scott Pearce for always going above and beyond for the customer, and for his colleagues.  A prime example of this was today when 35 cases were delivered to an incorrect address and the customer was unable to retrieve them even though they were 2 doors down.  We called UPS and other couriers to get these into the customers’ hands and the cost and delay would have been detrimental.  One call to Scott and he was able to reorganize his day so that he could go out of his way to retrieve the shipment and hand deliver to the correct customer.  Talk about exceptional service.  Scott is one of the many reasons that we are number one in service in the industry.  His dedication to servicing the customer has saved the day more than once. Thanks Scott for all you do!
