Authentic Appreciation

This weeks’ recipients: Darrin Hywarren, Priscilla Adjei, Shane Morgan, Michael Villasin, Sabrina Hosein, Andre Gour and Joti Singh

I just wanted to say a BIG thanks to Darrin for what a super star he is at. He is fast, he understands customer service needs and he always finds solutions. Good Example – Ups delivered a box to the wrong customer, we picked it up on the same day and had it to our customer by the next day.

Ron from United who does returns was so impressed at how fast we were able to turn this around. He did mention that no one in the industry has this sort of service. He normally has to wait for days and sometimes longer to get a proper respond.

Another example is when the courier promises to pick up an order and it doesn’t get done, Darrin is quick to let us know and we are able to contact our customer and find a solution that works for them. Darrin, you truly rock as a co-worker, a friend and we all appreciate your quick respond for our customer needs. Keep up the AWESOME work buddy.

I would like to nominate Priscilla for all the overtime she does for us in the warehouse. On our busy days when I’m looking for people to stay back, Priscilla never turns down OT and is committed to staying back to make sure the afternoon shift is in a comfortable position. Thank You Priscilla for all your hard work.

I would like to authentically appreciated Shane Morgan and Michael Villasin. They both have so many of their own tasks to do, but when I ask for something they are quick to help and often go above and beyond by suggesting ways to make digital projects even better. They work quickly and efficiently and are always eager and happy to help. Thank you so much to both of you.

I would like to Authentically Appreciated Sabrina Hosein for being an example of an excellent team player. She is always enthusiastic and helpful with the customers and her peers. She also takes initiative to help out, keeping people in the loop and rallying her peers’ participation in company events.  You also know that Sabrina values her co-workers opinions as she always tries to get as much feedback as possible, in order to represent the Mississauga team fully. She’s the ultimate cheerleader for SanMar Canada!

Vancouver Social committee would like to appreciate Andre Gour and Joti Singh for their help for the breakfast sale. Andre was so generous to help us get the bucket coffee from the store in the morning. On the other hand, while we were short on hands, Joti didn’t hesitate to lend a hand to make this event a success and easy for the other members. Thank you Andre and Joti- you are awesome!!
