Authentic Appreciation

This weeks’ recipients: Omar Hanson, Talat Hasan, Rashid Khan, Syed Abbas, Tegreary McKenzie, Malek Ebdullhedy, Jasmine Gill, Tissa and Maria Zygmanska

Monday, April 29th was a very busy day for our Mississauga team. We had a number of staff who were on vacation and a few last minute call-ins. These amazing group of people (Omar, Talat, Rashid, Syed, Tegreary, Malek, Jasmine & Tissa) worked until 10:30pm to process all the pending orders. Thank you guys for a job well done.

…………………………………………..

I looked at Sanmar Canada’s Mission Statement and realized that Maria represents our values, our vision and our Mission. I received an email from a customer this morning that I have attached:

“Hey Charlotte: I need to let you know that whomever packaged my PO 3706 out of your Mississauga location did an amazing job.  The packing slip says employee 195.

Usually the boxes have very little semblance of order in them. Tucked between sweatshirts will be 3 of the 25  t-shirts we ordered or the one red performance shirt will be way at the bottom of the 3rd box. Making it more work for us to sort multiple end users in one shipment.

We have grown accustomed to not great packing from Sanmar – having to dig for 1 more piece of ATC 1000 XL in black – should be here somewhere… When I opened this shipment, I was Shocked! Thrilled! Delighted! This individual packed it like they would pack their own luggage for a vacation.

This was a hodge-podge order on our part – little bit of everything – 3 separate end users. Every product was folded neatly and combined in a logical order. This is not a “courier is rough or not rough with the boxes”.  This was clearly an excellent job by your employee – making our lives a little easier at this end. Please pass along my biggest Thank You for having an employee who took the time to do a great job.”

It gives me pleasure to have this opportunity to request an authentic appreciation for Maria Zygmanska.  I thank her for making the rest of her team (all the co-workers at SanMar Canada) look good.
