I’d like to authentically appreciate Bull in the offsite storage process. Bull stepped up above and beyond when he realized there is extra help needed for this process, rather than just providing recommendations that he was asked for. He spoke to different people individually and as a group to first understand the current process, realizing the opportunity for better tracking of the physical process by utilizing his auditing and inventory management knowledge. He then created a full set of document templates to help standardizing and controlling the physical aspects (in/out), while refining the interim report for further inventory movements. He also put in the effort of re-organizing the previous batches that are already offsite, electronically and physically. This clearly shows again his dedication and great sense of ownership when it comes to information and inventory integrity. Bull really holds the company asset and inventory accuracy to his heart when taking up these additional works, and focuses on ensuring the traceability in front/behind the scene when moving stocks to/from a 3PL offsite facility. Great job Bull and thanks again for your efforts and contribution to this critical process.

Deidre goes above and beyond to help everyone! Even though it is quite busy she stopped everything she was doing to help me with a truck order that had been skidded and wrapped to put it back to stock as the customer wanted to modify it. Thank you so much Deidre for your help with this daunting task. You helped me greatly and you helped make the customer happy!
